Welcome to our Web site. I hope you will take a few minutes to explore our company and get to know more about our human resources business services. I also invite you to take the time to meet our colleagues, partners, and affiliates. We started our HR consultant business in Florida in 1997 to liberate the business owner from the onerous burden of human-resource administration. Once a business owner is relieved from these tasks, he/she can focus on the core competencies of the business, and not on time-consuming administrative tasks.

As the human resource business industry has grown, we have noticed a number of issues, most likely growing pains, which have caused us concern. In some cases, our competitors have not always paid their payroll taxes or their Workers’ Compensation premiums as they should have. We have taken the high road and separated our company from these problems. One step that we have taken is to achieve accreditation from the Employer Services Assurance Corporation. Of the 400 to 500 companies in human resource business industry, we are one of only 25 companies that have achieved the prestigious ESAC accreditation. As an accredited PEO, our financials are audited annually by an independent CPA and reviewed quarterly by ESAC. The accreditation allows us to have an $11 million bond for our important stakeholders: our clients, our client’s employees, insurance carriers, and the regulatory authorities. Our stakeholders can rest assured that our payroll, payroll taxes, insurance premiums, and 401(k) contributions are transmitted to the appropriate recipient organizations on a timely basis.
